Description
The Old Farmhouse dates back over 300 years and retains it's original charm and character with beams, open fires and original window seats.  It boasts 21st century luxury with a house bathroom, en-suite to master bedroom, washer, dishwasher and handmade pine kitchen with range style duel fuel cooker. 
This lovely old property is very spacious, full of character and has a great atmosphere to it. 
Perfect for a family holiday or a get together with friends. This property accommodates a maximum of seven in three bedrooms.
Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Lounge: Cosy beamed room with window seat and wood burner. Equipped with 43” LED TV including full Netflix subscription, DVD recorder, and Hi-Fi. 
Dining Hall: A spacious character room with beams,window seat and open fire. The large refectory table seats eight. Plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Kitchen: Farmhouse kitchen with handmade pine kitchen and centre console. Dual fuel range cooker, microwave, fridge and fridge/freezer plus breakfast table. There is a good range of cooking utensils.
Cloakroom: Toilet with hand basin.
Utility: Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Room for boots and coats.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: A spacious room with king-size bed, lovely low beamed ceiling and original fireplace. Luxury linen and coordinating light oak furnishings.  This room will accommodate a cot.
Ensuite: Shower with thermostatic shower, wash basin and W.C.
Bedroom 2: A spacious room with a luxury bed which can be either a king-size or split into twin beds. It has lovely low beamed ceiling and original fireplace. Luxury linen and coordinating light oak furnishings. This room will accommodate a cot.
Bathroom: High level flush W. C., large washbasin and large bath with thermostatic shower and glass shower screen.
Bedroom 3: This bright room has three single beds with the facility to convert two beds into a superking size bed. Luxury linen and coordinating light oak furnishings. This room will accommodate a cot.
Outside:
Garden: Shared garden area.
Outbuildings: Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Parking: The cottage is in a private courtyard shared with nine other cottages. Off-road parking is available.
Patio: Dedicated patio area table, chairs, and sun umbrella. A BBQ is available.
Restrictions:
Dogs: One medium or two small dogs are accepted without additional charge. Please call if you are unsure.
Considerations:
General: This property is situated on a main road with access both from the street and via a private courtyard. It has double glazing and extensive sound insulation to minimize road noise.
